Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain & Merchandising Manager with expertise in the procurement process. The ideal candidate will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure production requirements are met efficiently. Responsibilities include inventory control, proactive material planning, and analyzing shortages to drive timely actions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Automobile) and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Knowledge of EN implementation and MRP runs is preferred.
