Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Tester to join our dynamic team at Capgemini. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of On-Premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. This includes installing, maintaining, patching, upgrading, and continuously improving the operating environment.
Your responsibilities will include providing maintenance and support for all systems in scope, installing/configuring/testing operating systems, troubleshooting incidents, collaborating with other IT teams and third-party vendors, and developing plans for patching. You will also identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
