Job Description
Capgemini is currently seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to oversee the complete performance testing lifecycle as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will skillfully identify performance testing bottlenecks, enhance testing processes, and engage effectively with stakeholders. We are looking for an individual with over 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, particularly with tools such as Microfocus LoadRunner and JMeter. Familiarity with application monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic is also required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, enabling you to address customer inquiries and deliver thorough performance testing solutions.
