Job Description

This role involves the comprehensive oversight of resource utilization, ensuring adherence to Business Unit-specific policies through daily monitoring. Key responsibilities include managing bench resources, executing allocations and de-allocations, and collaborating with Delivery and HR service teams. The ideal candidate will effectively track utilization metrics, manage demand, provide insightful performance feedback, and fulfill staffing requirements through multiple sourcing channels in a timely manner.
