Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining production lines, addressing chronic issues, planning spare parts, and conducting PM activities. You will perform in-depth analysis for breakdowns and ensure safety standards are met while implementing new projects.
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Technology, with 2-8 years of experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors. Essential skills include analytical thinking, CNC machine operation, CNC programming, and effective communication. Teamwork and familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) are also crucial.
