Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments; notify staff and send reminder notifications.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and adhere to security protocols.
- Provide clerical assistance, manage office supplies, and oversee petty cash.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Address customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal team members.
