Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support teams in adopting Agile practices, improving delivery predictability, and fostering continuous improvement. You will mentor Scrum Masters, product owners, and development teams to enhance collaboration and maximize value delivery.
- Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban and hybrid approaches; facilitate workshops and ceremonies.
- Identify and remove impediments, align stakeholders, and promote a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Advise on scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS), define meaningful metrics, and demonstrate measurable team improvements.
Requirements: 5+ years in Agile coaching or related roles, strong facilitation and communication skills, practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and scaling models, and a proven record of delivering measurable outcomes.
