Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Industrialization Shared Services Professional. In this pivotal role, you will assist in executing support functions across shared services operations and service delivery, guided by Shared Service Managers. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and packaging assets and services, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for deployed assets and services while actively monitoring their performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
