Job Description
Kapricorn Prints seeks a detail-oriented Zoho Books Specialist to manage accounting and inventory operations. This full-time, permanent on-site role accepts entry-level candidates with up to one year of total work experience. Responsibilities include maintaining Zoho Books, managing petty cash, recording purchases and expenses, bank reconciliation, invoicing, updating stock and inventory, preparing ledgers, supporting basic payroll, and GST filing. The ideal candidate is organized, demonstrates strong numerical accuracy, and is familiar with standard accounting workflows and basic payroll processes. Salary: ₹18,00–₹20,00 per month.
