YouTube Content Creator — Niir Project Consultancy Services (NPCS). Hiring freelancers or agencies from India only to produce 10–15 YouTube videos and shorts per month. Tasks: edit reels/shorts, design thumbnails, and craft YouTube-optimized content (hooks, captions, pacing). Must understand trending short-format storytelling and high-CTR thumbnail design.
