Cognizant is seeking a dedicated WFM/MIS Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include monitoring agent schedule adherence using real-time software, coordinating with Workforce Management and Traffic Analysts, and assisting Operations Management with schedule enforcement. You will be responsible for providing real-time statistics regarding overtime, voluntary time off, and attendance while preparing detailed performance reports. Candidates should have a minimum of two years in a call center environment, experience with workforce management technologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
