Job Description
We invite you to be a part of our Bus Division as a Service Advisor and Warranty Incharge located in Kochi. In this pivotal position, you will oversee staff management, resource allocation, and budgeting while building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include managing warranty and AMC claims to adhere to manufacturer standards, as well as overseeing the replacement and disposal of warranty-covered components, all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
