Job Description
As a Warranty Incharge, you will coordinate daily follow-up of warranty parts with the Zonal Office and liaise with the Head Office regarding warranty policies. You will manage collection and dispatch of warranty parts and accurately update warranty records in the Dealer Management System. This full-time, permanent, on-site role offers ₹13,00–₹18,00 per month, health insurance, and Provident Fund benefits.
- Ensure timely resolution of warranty claims
- Maintain precise documentation and DMS updates
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
