Job Description
Join VARKY Technology Solutions as a Warehouse Shift Incharge. In this role, you will manage and oversee warehouse teams in shifts, focusing on receiving, handling, GRN processing, picking, and parts issuance for subcontracted assembly.
Your responsibilities include training the warehouse support team, facilitating operations to achieve KPIs, and conducting root cause analysis to resolve issues. You will also engage in employee morale activities, maintain safety standards, and support new initiatives.
We seek candidates with 4-6 years of warehouse experience, knowledge of SAP WM, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities. A degree in B.E/B.Tech is preferred.
