Position: Warehouse Operations Executive
Roles & Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including Inward, Sorting, Picking, and Outbound functions. Key responsibilities include the timely unloading of vehicles, manpower planning based on volume changes, and maintaining hygiene standards throughout the site. You will also manage a team of over 150 employees, ensure adherence to safety regulations, address customer inquiries, and generate productivity reports to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications: Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in Distribution Center (DC) Operations. Familiarity with SAP and WMS transactions is required, along with a degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
