Job Description
The Avenue Regent is seeking a dedicated Waiter to enhance our team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests, presenting menus with enthusiasm.
- Efficiently take and communicate orders to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Professionally address and resolve guest complaints.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
