Job Description
We are seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team in Kottayam, Thiruvalla. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and seating guests, presenting menus and daily specials, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving promptly, checking guest satisfaction, clearing and resetting tables, and processing bills and payments.
- Requirements: strong communication, professional appearance, basic math skills, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Details: Full-time, in-person; flexible hours including weekends. Compensation ₹15,00–₹18,00/month; food provided and paid time off included.
