Tranz India Corporate Network Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Voice Process Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, identifying customer needs, and handling complaints effectively. You will document customer interactions, promote our products and services, and assist with upselling. Additionally, you will take payment information, process orders, and provide solutions for product-related inquiries.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers with a passion for customer service.
Pay: ₹14,500.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
