Job Description

We are seeking dedicated professionals for the position of Voice Process Executive. Your role will involve managing inbound and/or outbound calls, addressing customer queries and complaints, and providing accurate product information.

Responsibilities include recording interactions, escalating issues, and updating customer details in our CRM. We offer Full-time, Part-time, and Permanent positions with a salary of ₹16,700.00 – ₹24,300.00 per month. Experience preferred: 1 year.
