Job Description
We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team at Jobsintourism as a Voice Process Employee! In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers, providing essential information and outstanding service through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Providing product information and promoting our services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining updated records
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Malayalam is highly desirable
- A degree in Tourism, BBA, or MBA is preferred
Work hours are from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, six days a week. Competitive salary ranges from ₹12,00 to ₹18,00 per month, inclusive of benefits such as health insurance.
