Exciting Career Opportunity: Process Executive (Voice Process) – Night Shift | Kolkata Office

About the Company:

A leading Houston, Texas (USA)-based logistics company is expanding its global team and looking for dynamic and dedicated Process Executives to join our Kolkata office. You’ll play a key role in managing the company’s international hiring program and delivering top-notch customer interaction experiences.

Role Overview:

As a Process Executive (Voice Process), you will serve as the bridge between our U.S. operations and potential candidates. Your role involves handling recruitment-related communication, maintaining professionalism in every interaction, and ensuring seamless coordination across hiring stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and shortlisted candidates for the hiring program.
• Manage inbound calls with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and persuasion abilities during candidate interactions.
• Post and manage job listings on leading job boards and portals.
• Engage with candidates via calls, chats, and emails throughout various recruitment stages.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and update internal databases.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring objectives are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (BPO/KPO).
• Prior exposure to overseas or U.S.-based recruitment is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written – with a neutral accent.
• Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, job portals).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
