Job Description
We are ACSASS, searching for a skilled Process Associate to join our international voice process team focused on medical calling. This role requires handling inquiries from US clients and providing exceptional support on medical-related topics. Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for medical inquiries.
- Offer accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Pay: Up to ₹25,00 per month. This is a full-time, permanent position.
