Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify KYC documentation for CASA onboarding.
- Conduct video calls for KYC completion.
- Ensure accuracy of submitted customer documents.
- Maintain customer relationships during VKYC.
- Resolve customer queries promptly.
- Adhere to information security norms.
Job Requirements: Fluent in Hindi; Bachelor’s degree; 1 year experience.
Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹19,00/month
