Job Description
Join Plasma Softech as a Verification Executive! Your primary responsibilities will include verifying documents received from client coordinators and addressing any document-related queries. You will also handle customer concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining a positive rapport with all clients via phone.
Requirements include being a fresher (preferably under 28 years), fluent in Hindi (English preferred), and having at least a 12th-grade qualification. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay ranges from ₹9,895.81 to ₹34,55.36 per month. Shifts available: Day, Evening, Morning, and Night. Work Location: In person.
