Job Description
CMS IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Verification Executive to join our team. In this role, you will verify documents received from client co-ordinators and assist them with any queries regarding these documents. Your responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, handling concerns promptly, and establishing a positive rapport with clients via phone.
Requirements:
- Freshers welcome
- Age limit: up to 28 years
- Proficiency in Hindi; English preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Excellent communication skills
