Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Onboarding Associate to oversee end-to-end supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance, accurate data, and timely activation. Responsibilities include collecting and validating vendor documents, establishing and maintaining profiles in vendor management systems, coordinating background checks and contracts, communicating requirements to vendors and internal teams, and tracking onboarding KPIs to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of experience in procurement or vendor management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and vendor platforms; familiarity with compliance and contracting processes.
