Job Description
Maruti Suzuki India Ltd is seeking a Vehicle COP Engineer with hands-on experience in WVSCOP/vehicle and part COP testing for 4-wheelers. The role requires planning and executing internal and regulatory COP tests, coordinating with ICAT/ARAI, and preparing test plans and reports. The engineer will ensure ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance and audit readiness, manage lab operations, equipment procurement, calibration, AMCs, and pavement track maintenance. Candidates must hold a valid driving license with a minimum of 3 years of on-road experience and collaborate with production and design teams to analyze defects. Required technical skills include COP lab equipment knowledge, regulatory familiarity, SPC/MSA, data analysis, and Power BI. Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, presentation, and IT skills are essential.
