Sphinix Technologies is seeking a dedicated US Non IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US. The successful candidate will source, screen, and recruit for various Non-IT positions across industries such as Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, and more.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Business Development Managers, utilizing job boards and social media for talent acquisition, conducting phone screenings, and maintaining candidate records. The role requires night shifts and English proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month | Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad.
