Job Description
Smksoft is seeking a full-time US IT Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and place technical candidates for contract and direct-hire roles. The recruiter will maintain accurate applicant records, meet weekly activity metrics, coordinate interviews, record follow-ups in internal systems, and remain current on relevant technologies.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Core skills: Strong communication and customer-service orientation, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and close candidates.
- Location: On-site. Compensation: ₹10,336.11–₹49,141.41 per month.
