Job Description
Serene Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment. This full-time, on-site position is based in Kolkata (Sector-V) and requires night shifts from Monday to Friday.
Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of US work visas, demonstrate proficiency in sourcing candidates through multiple platforms, and have strong English communication skills.
Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing background checks, and staying informed about the latest IT skill sets. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and experience with job portals is preferred.
