We are seeking a US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both W2 and C2C hiring, understand client requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various platforms, evaluating profiles, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Strong communication skills and experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Hybris are preferred.
