Job Description
Laiba Technologies is seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter to lead the recruitment lifecycle for our esteemed US clients. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise effective global hiring strategies. You will utilize specialized IT platforms to source top-tier candidates and conduct interviews with precision.
To qualify, candidates should possess a minimum of six months of experience in US IT recruitment, outstanding communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field). This is a full-time, on-site position offering a salary range of ₹17,00.00 to ₹30,00.00 per month. Benefits include meals, a Provident Fund, and a performance-based bonus. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with night shifts.
