Job Description

Exaways Corporation is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience. Candidates should be familiar with ATS portals like CEIPAL and possess experience with Implementation Partners or Direct Clients. A strong understanding of technical terminology and Boolean search is essential.

Responsibilities include managing job portals, sourcing resumes, and handling the end-to-end recruitment process. Excellent communication skills and the willingness to work night shifts (USA time zone) are required.

Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, food provided, paid sick time, and work from home options.
