Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and independent US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Argyll Info Tech Inc. Candidates should have 2.5 to 5 years of relevant experience in US staffing and a strong grasp of the recruiting lifecycle, including candidate prospecting, screening, and follow-up.
Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, and sourcing resumes. Strong English communication skills and familiarity with terms like C2C and H1B are essential. Preference will be given to those with BPO experience during US shifts.
This is a full-time role, offering ₹30,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month with night shifts, Monday to Friday. In-person work is required.
