Job Description
ER Recruitment India is on the lookout for a passionate and committed Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will represent our company, delivering outstanding service to our global clients.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and maintain comprehensive records of interactions.
Qualifications: We are seeking graduates; undergraduates will also be considered. Candidates with 0-4 years of experience are preferred.
Location: Mumbai (Work From Office) | Shift Hours: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM & 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM | Compensation: ₹35,00 – ₹38,00 per month.
