Job Description
Realign LLC is currently seeking a dedicated US Healthcare Onboarding Specialist for our Noida office. Ideal candidates should possess 1.5 to 3 years of experience in healthcare credentialing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the onboarding process while ensuring candidate retention.
- Interpreting immunization and health-related documents.
- Conducting state-specific searches and background checks within the USA.
- Demonstrating familiarity with credentialing standards.
Qualifications: Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
