Job Description
Epicenter is seeking qualified candidates for the US Debt Collection Process. We are a 24-year-old Technology & BPM organization dedicated to Process Improvement and Customer Experience.
Responsibilities: Resolve customer complaints, make reminder calls, and provide excellent product knowledge.
Requirements: SSC fresher and above, minimum of 6 months’ experience, excellent communication skills, and office work comfort.
Location: Bhayander (West), Mumbai. Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
