Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated UPSD professional to join our team in Chennai-Ambattur. The successful candidate will oversee regular reviews of open complaints, ensuring timely responses and resolutions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving revenue generation targets, maintaining a pristine customer database, fostering customer engagement, and ensuring service quality through preventive maintenance audits.
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of products (RAD/RPD), effective vendor management skills, and strong communication abilities. A minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience and a qualification of BTECH/DIPLOMA are required.
