Job Description
Elite Services India seeks two experienced mortgage underwriters for a non‑voice role supporting the US market (9:30 PM–5:30 AM IST). Candidates will perform detailed file evaluations and ensure loan file integrity in accordance with underwriting standards.
- Evaluate mortgage files; verify property types and comparables; review condo questionnaires.
- Assess IRA income, reserves, liquidity and solar lien implications.
- Resolve appraisal zoning issues and explain appraisal approaches; distinguish surface vs. subsurface rights and utility responsibilities.
- Required: proven mortgage underwriting and document analysis experience; familiarity with collections, payment defaults, bankruptcy waiting periods, garnishment, and S‑corp treatment.
