Job Description
Elite Services India is currently looking for skilled individuals to fill two open positions for Underwriters in non-voice roles. The work schedule is from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM, aligning with US market hours. We encourage applicants from various locations to apply.
Ideal candidates should have expertise in several key areas, including collection accounts, mortgage payment defaults, waiting periods for all chapters, self-employment with S corporations, garnishment definitions, property types, IRA income qualifications, condo questionnaires, zoning on appraisals, various appraisal approaches, reserve withdrawal terms, liquidity ratio calculations, solar liens, and utility considerations in appraisal.
