Job Description
Elite Services India is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Underwriters. We currently have two openings available for individuals with a robust background in mortgages. This is a non-voice role, and the working hours are from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM to accommodate the U.S. market. We welcome applicants from outside the local area.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of collection accounts, mortgage payment defaults, self-employment criteria, garnishment definitions, various property types, and appraisal methods. Familiarity with IRA income qualifications and condominium questionnaires is also a key requirement.
