Job Description
DHL is inviting dedicated individuals to apply for the position of Territory Service Representative (TSR-PTU). In this role, you will be responsible for various essential tasks, including unloading, scanning, and sorting shipments. You will also accurately deliver packages to customer addresses and obtain customer acknowledgments using a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) system. Additionally, you will update status codes for undelivered shipments, ensure timely pickups, and manage documentation at customer locations. You will be tasked with loading bags into vehicles and effectively managing shipments. Comprehensive training sessions will cover delivery and pickup processes. A professional dress code is expected.
