Job Description
DHL is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Territory Service Representatives (Bikers). This role encompasses a variety of critical delivery and pickup responsibilities.
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Unload bags from vehicles efficiently.
- Scan shipments and perform both primary and secondary sorting.
- Deliver shipments accurately per package addresses.
- Obtain customer signatures using devices (BYOD).
- Update status codes for any undelivered shipments.
- Manage COD amounts and follow instructions for undelivered items.
- Adhere to the proper dress code and carry field bags during deliveries.
Pickup Responsibilities:
- Conduct pickups in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Count shipments to ensure timely collection.
- Inscan shipments and prepare them for sorting and bagging.
