Job Description
Location: New Town, Kolkata
Experience: 1-2 years in the travel industry (Face-to-face interviews only)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with travel planning and bookings.
- Provide accurate and detailed destination information.
- Manage reservations with thorough documentation.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in travel sales or customer service.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Familiarity with booking systems.
- A genuine passion for travel.
