Job Description

- Accurately loading shipments in accordance with designated routes and delivering them to the appropriate customers.
- Overseeing POD/FOD/DOD/COD processes while maintaining accurate delivery run sheets.
- Managing undelivered shipments and promptly reporting issues to supervisors.
- Upholding a professional appearance and a customer-focused approach at all times.
- Conducting timely pickups at customer locations, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collecting all necessary documentation.
