Job Description
We are seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, deliver, and evaluate staff development programs that strengthen team performance and engagement. The role involves designing training schedules, coordinating internal trainers and external vendors, preparing instructional materials, managing logistics and budgets, and tracking learning outcomes.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in learning & development or HR training.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with LMS platforms; strong communication, organizational, and project-management skills required.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across functions to promote continuous learning and improvement.
