Job Description
Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Trainer in our Customer Service department, based in Nasik 2 – Jail Road. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in preparing advisors with the skills and knowledge necessary for outstanding customer interactions. Responsibilities include coaching advisors on product enhancements, tailoring training sessions to meet specific needs, and effectively communicating team updates. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong product knowledge, as well as proficient planning, execution, and communication skills.
