Job Description
Hamstech Institute of Fashion Interior Design is seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and design comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating engaging training sessions, conducting needs assessments, and developing individualized coaching plans for sales team members. You will also utilize data-driven insights to enhance training strategies and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹10,221.34 – ₹51,651.30 per month

Requirements
