Job Description
Purpose: We are seeking a skilled trainer to empower individuals with disabilities (PWDs) and underprivileged candidates by enhancing their communication skills. This role aims to enable candidates to achieve self-reliance in attending interviews and securing employment placements.
Essential Functions:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and training materials.
- Tailor course content for different candidate batches.
- Deliver training in speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Employ a variety of teaching methodologies and resources.
- Conduct assessments and offer constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹21,017.76 per month
Benefits: Includes meals, health insurance, paid sick leave, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
