Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Trainee Dialysis Technician to set up and operate hemodialysis equipment for patients with renal failure. Responsibilities include attaching dialyzers and tubing, priming extracorporeal circuits with 0.9% saline, labeling dialyzers and blood lines with patient name and ID (except single-use items), preparing dialysis solutions and mixing bicarbonate, explaining procedures to patients, connecting machines to vascular access, monitoring equipment for malfunctions, and maintaining logbooks, forms, and registers.
