Job Description
Travelistaan is seeking a dedicated Ticketing Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Booking flights in both domestic and international sectors.
- Issuing, reissuing, and canceling airline tickets.
- Coordinating with airlines regarding schedule alterations, refunds, and other inquiries.
- Addressing customer inquiries related to flight reservations and travel services.
- Providing clients with fare quotations and route options.
- Ensuring timely delivery of travel documents and tickets.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of bookings, invoices, and payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹27,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Work Schedule: Morning shift
