Job Description
Join our team as a Device Associate at Amazon.com, where your primary role will be to execute testing protocols and report any discrepancies. You will play a vital part in ensuring the timely delivery of results by performing the following key responsibilities:
- Execute test cases for software builds on the Fire OS platform.
- Accurately report bugs and comprehend testing protocols for new builds and releases.
- Conduct regression testing to uphold quality standards.
- Utilize software tools for daily data collection.
- Effectively communicate and escalate issues as needed.
A Bachelor’s degree and a solid understanding of QA methodologies are required. Experience in testing consumer devices is highly preferred.
